POSITION INFO:

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead and manage multiple engineering projects from concept through to delivery
Drive design and development using 3D CAD (SolidWorks) and engineering calculations
Perform simulations (FEA) and ensure designs meet required standards
Develop manufacturing data packs (BOMs, manuals, work instructions)
Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians
Provide expert technical support across departments and to clients
Ensure compliance with engineering standards, quality, and safety practices
Review reports, monitor project progress, and implement improvements

What You Bring

BSc / BEng in Mechanical Engineering
3–6 years’ experience in a relevant engineering or manufacturing environment
Strong background in design, project management, and practical engineering
Proficiency in SolidWorks (or similar 3D CAD tools)
Experience with FEA tools (e.g. SolidWorks Simulation, Abaqus) is advantageous
Knowledge of engineering calculation tools (Mathcad, MATLAB, etc.)
Understanding of fabrication, machining, and welding processes
Excellent communication, reporting, and organisational skills
