SUMMARY:
Mechanical Sales Engineer Midrand Market Related

POSITION INFO:

Our client is seeking to employ a Mechanical Sales Engineer that will be based in Johannesburg, travelling throughout South Africa and Southern Africa to interface with primarily power generation industry customers

Minimum requirements:

Own Transport
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / BTech BSc Degree: Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgical Engineering / Physics
Previous work experience at Eskom or Sasol
Experience in general manufacturing and maintenance
Engineering workshop, machining and grinding experience
Experience working with ISO 9001 quality management system
Basic CAD experience
Microsoft Office
Be able to use all mechanical measuring equipment
Understand and interpret technical drawings
Understanding of basic welding processes
Be able to travel on short notice, throughout the country, Southern Africa, and Zambia
Knowledge and experience in surface engineering and coatings (preferable)
