SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in antenna or RF-related mechanical design to join our growing engineering team. The role focuses on the design, development, and validation of antenna systems and associated mechanical structures for high-reliability defence and/or automotive applications

POSITION INFO:
We are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in antenna or RF-related mechanical design to join our growing engineering team. The role focuses on the design, development, and validation of antenna systems and associated mechanical structures for high-reliability defence and/or automotive applications.
You will work closely with RF, electrical, and manufacturing teams to deliver robust, production-ready designs that meet demanding environmental and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Mechanical design and development of antenna systems and enclosures
Create 3D models, assemblies, and detailed drawings using CAD tools
Perform tolerance analysis, material selection, and thermal/mechanical considerations
Support DFMEA, design reviews, and design validation testing
Ensure designs meet environmental, vibration, shock, and ingress protection requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (RF, electronics, manufacturing, suppliers)
Support prototype builds and transition to series production
