Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in HVAC and fire systems to join their dynamic team.

POSITION INFO:
As a Mechanical Engineer specializing in HVAC, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing the installation and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for a variety of projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our solutions meet client requirements, building codes, and sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Design HVAC & fire systems for new and existing buildings using industry software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, and HAP).
Prepare technical specifications, reports, and documentation.
Perform load calculations, energy modeling, and system sizing.
Conduct site visits and assessments to support design and troubleshooting efforts.
Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, and other Engineers throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with local codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
Participate in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HVAC design and project execution.
Proficient in HVAC design software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD MEP, and HAP).
Strong understanding of building services, codes, and regulations.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Professional Engineering (PE) license or working toward licensure is a plus.
