SUMMARY:

We are hiring a Mechanical Fitter in the Kempton Park area to join our team on a contractor basis. Mid-career level experience required.

POSITION INFO:

Job Title: Mechanical Fitter - Kempton Park

Reporting to: Operations
Seniority Level: Mid-Career (4 - 6 yrs exp)
Type: Contractor

Duties and Responsibilities:

Performing preventative maintenance on plant and equipment following OEM recommendations
Resolving operational and technical issues to minimize production interruptions
Maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards
Grade 12 or NQF 4 in Maths and Science
N5 - NQF5 qualification
2 - 6 years experience as a Mechanical Fitter
Experience in boiler petrochemical environments
Ability to work in confined spaces, at heights, and in heat stress environments
Valid driver's license
