A well-known company that has an international presence is looking for a hands-on Maintenance & Reliability Mechanical Engineer that is experienced to join their team in Johannesburg. This company has clients in over 50 countries, and they design and manufacture construction materials. They are searching for a Maintenance & Reliability Mechanical Engineer that will be responsible for one of their production lines. The desired candidate must have technical maintenance and reliability engineering experience; they must also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

BEng/BSc in Mechanical Engineering (non-negotiable)
Lean WCM/TPM qualification (advantageous)
Management qualification (advantageous)

Job Experience & Skills Required:

At least 5 years of overall working experience as a maintenance or reliability engineer in a manufacturing environment (preferably FMCG)
Lean WCM/TPM experience is essential
Must have maintenance and reliability engineering experience
