JOB SUMMARY:

JOB DESCRIPTION:


Run projects for commercial buildings, hotels, and mixed-use properties
Design and oversee projects of HVAC, Gas reticulation, Water reticulation, Fire
Produce cost estimates, system specifications, detailed design, tender documentation, tender adjudication reports as well as cost reports and payment valuations of all services under management,
Client liaison
Attending site meetings
Conduct installation inspections to ensure clients receive the best quality

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 4 years in a Project Management role
Excellent Leadership
Strong client relationship building
Open to travel into Africa and nationally when required
PR Engineering/ PR Tech or eligibility to register is advantageous

Qualification:
BEng/ BSc/ BTech Mechanical Engineering

Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
