Our client is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Mechanical Technician to support their R&D team in the design, prototyping, testing, and refinement of new mechanical systems and products. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience. Centurion-based. RF company.

POSITION INFO:
Mechanical Technician Centurion The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on technical skills, experience working with complex mechanical assemblies, and a passion for innovation and problem-solving in a fast-paced research environment. Minimum qualifications and experience: Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics. 3 or more years of experience Experience in a product development lifecycle, from concept to prototype. Ability to use 3D printing equipment and additive manufacturing tools. Understanding of materials science (metals, plastics, composites). Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, or electromechanical systems. MS Excel (Advanced), MS Word (Advanced), eDrawings, Microsoft Dynamics NAV. The successful incumbent will be responsible for: Prototype Assembly & Modification Machining & Fabrication Technical Interpretation Design & Testing Support Test Execution & Data Collection Troubleshooting & Diagnostics Design Iteration Collaboration Workshop Maintenance & Safety Experimental Setup & Instrumentation Material Sourcing & Inventory Management Documentation Contribution & Redlines Please apply via our website: Companies may expire jobs at their discretion.
