SUMMARY:
Client Engagement and Data Specialist/Key Account Manager with a tertiary qualification (B.Com/B.Sc or similar) and minimum 3 years’ experience working with data, key account management and digital media/publishing or direct marketing, required to manage and build relationships with key clients.

POSITION INFO:

Client Engagement and Data Specialist/Key Account Manager with a tertiary qualification (B.Com/B.Sc or similar) and minimum 3 years’ experience working with data, key account management and digital media/publishing or direct marketing, required to manage and build relationships with key clients.

Minimum requirements:

• B.Comm / B.Sc or similar degree essential
• Minimum 3 years’ experience essential
• Experience working with data, key account management and digital media/publishing/direct marketing essential
• Strong project management experience required
• Knowledge of digital processes, digital platforms, channels of distribution, media marketing and technology trends required

Responsibilities:

• Manage and build strong relationships with key clients
• Lead point of contact for all key client matters
• Diagnose and understand client/publisher business problems and scope creative data solutions to meet the client needs
• New business from existing clients or contacts
• Proposal and presentation development
• Consolidate findings from analysis and present solutions to clients
• Resolve key account issues and queries
