Medical & Training Intern
Location: Parktown, Johannesburg

Are you a recent graduate eager to kickstart your career in medical sciences and training? Join our dynamic team as a
Medical & Training Intern, where you'll gain hands-on experience while supporting our Medical Director and Training Department.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Administrative Support: Assist the Medical Director with day-to-day administrative tasks and projects.
Onboarding: Prepare training materials for new hires, organize training schedules, and facilitate sessions for new Sales Representatives.
Monthly Testing: Administer, mark, and distribute Sales Representatives' monthly tests, ensuring accuracy and timely feedback.
Training Material Management: Organize, update, and maintain an accessible library of training resources.
Program Facilitation: Support senior trainers in delivering engaging sessions, workshops, and practical training programs.
Logistics & Reporting: Coordinate training schedules, track attendance and performance, and compile insightful feedback for program improvement.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure training activities adhere to company policies and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications & Skills

We are looking for someone with:

A Bachelor’s degree in medical sciences or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
An advantage: Previous experience in training or education, familiarity with e-learning platforms, and knowledge of pharmaceutical industry standards.
