JOB SUMMARY:
Leading supplier within the medical devices industry requires an experienced Training Coordinator from the medical or pharmaceutical industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Matric with a BSc Degree or similar qualification required
Minimum of 5-10 years experience in a similar role
You will be responsible for the development and implementation of training programmes for healthcare professionals
Evaluate needs of the company and plan continuing professional development programs accordingly
Responsible for the overall development, implementation and evaluation of all internal and external programs
Prepare and implement training budget and ensure all training is carried out within budget and up to the required standard
Existing relationships within the field of cardiology, neurosurgery, endovascular surgery, plastic and reconstructive surgery and/or cardiothoracic surgery would be preferred
Must be able to travel locally and internationally
Must be able to work overtime
