SUMMARY:
Job Description:
You’ll take charge of ensuring that product presentation and store layouts align with our high visual merchandising standards across the entire Company footprint. This is a strategic, high-visibility role where you'll influence store performance, enhance customer experience, and act as a dotted-line leader to our Store Managers.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of engaging, consistent merchandising displays across all stores

• Provide visual merchandising training and guidance to in-store teams

• Ensure adherence to company-wide planograms, floor plans, and display standards

• Collaborate closely with store managers to drive sales through impactful merchandising

• Provide feedback and insights to the Space Planning Department to improve display strategies

• Support ongoing store relays and ensure efficient use of fixtures and fittings

• Efficient fixture usage & reduced procurement of surplus equipment

• Timely completion of store relays

• Compliance with planograms & visual standards

• Staff training and continuous support

• Process and system improvements aligned with digital transformation goals

• National Diploma (Visual Merchandising / Retail / Design advantageous)
• 5+ years of relevant experience in retail visual merchandising, preferably in a multi-site environment
