Role Overview

This role is ideal for a sales-driven individual with a deep understanding of Microsoft’s cloud offerings and a passion for building client relationships. You will play a critical role in promoting Microsoft technologies—including Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics, and Power BI—to new and existing clients, helping them unlock the full value of cloud-based business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the sales of Microsoft solutions including Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics, and Power BI.

• Conduct discovery sessions with prospective clients to understand cloud, productivity, and security requirements.

• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and walkthroughs tailored to client needs.

• Collaborate with technical delivery teams to support successful implementation and post-sales support.

• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand client engagement.

• Cultivate long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and fostering client advocacy.

• Keep abreast of Microsoft product updates and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in IT solution sales, preferably focused on Microsoft cloud products.

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365, and Power BI.

• Strong grasp of cloud computing, SaaS, and business application models.

• Ability to conduct consultative sales discussions and craft tailored proposals.

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.

• Experience engaging clients in the SADC region is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications such as AZ-900, MS-900, or Dynamics-related certifications.

• Background in enterprise software sales or selling into mid-to-large enterprises.

• Skilled negotiator with a strategic sales mindset.
