SUMMARY:
We require a Mid Application Developer to work for a contract role in Cape Town.

POSITION INFO:

The role of the Mid Application Developer encompasses many activities including (but not limited to):

-- Pairing with other developers and learning the software development process and life cycle.

-- Constructing and implementing Oracle/Oracle CRM application solutions.

-- Constructing/developing programs, including coding, testing and debugging using modern development tools/cloud services and logic apps.

-- Ensuring documentation of code/classes.

-- Designing application prototypes.

-- Indicating program unit structure.

-- Focusing on depth of knowledge and expertise in a certain language, tool set and area of the stack.

-- Assisting senior developers and technicians in their relative job functions.

Minimum Requirements:

-- One or more tertiary qualification(s) issued by a registered tertiary institution that is/are relevant to the role of the Mid Application Developer; OR

-- One or more industry accredited course credential(s) that is/are relevant to the role of the Mid Application Developer.

-- A minimum of 3 (three) years'' experience in a Mid Application Developer or equivalent role working or consulting on tasks or projects requiring Oracle development solutions, provided that such experience shall include but not be limited to experiences involving at least one of the following:

1) Oracle CRM Development and solutioning experience;

2) Oracle Service Cloud Implementation;

3) Oracle Policy Automation Certification;

4) Oracle Integration Cloud;

5) Oracle Marketing Cloud Eloqua implementation;

6) Oracle Field Service Cloud; or

7) Oracle Mobile hub/ Visual Builder Cloud Service;

-- Equipped with the one or more of the following technical skills:

1) PHP, Python, HTML, JavaScript and SQL;

2) Enterprise Data Warehousing;

3) ETL;

4) PL/SQL or T-SQL scripting;

5) IT/Business Process Engineering.
