About the Role:
A leading marketing firm is expanding its paid media team and is seeking a Mid-Level Paid Media Specialist to take ownership of campaign strategy, execution, and optimisation across Google Ads and Meta platforms.

You’ll work closely with two senior specialists and contribute to delivering high-performing campaigns for a diverse portfolio of mid- to high-profile clients.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

Plan, build, and manage paid media campaigns across Google and Meta platforms
Analyse campaign performance and implement data-driven optimisations
Develop audience targeting strategies and creative testing approaches
Manage budgets effectively and ensure campaigns deliver strong ROI
Provide clear, insightful performance reports and recommendations to clients or internal teams
Collaborate with designers, content creators, and senior strategists to enhance campaign outcomes
Stay informed on new trends, tools, and platform updates within the digital advertising landscape

Requirements:

2–4 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns (agency experience preferred)
Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and related analytics tools
Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.)
Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certification advantageous
Proven track record of achieving campaign goals and managing multiple client accounts
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
