Mid Paid Media Specialist

SUMMARY:
We're seeking a Mid-Level Paid Media Specialist to take ownership of a portfolio of exciting accounts. You'll be the go-to expert, blending analytical rigor with creative thinking to scale performance across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and beyond.

POSITION INFO:

Full-Funnel Strategy: Develop, execute, and optimize multi-touch paid media strategies across search, social, and display
Budget Mastery: Own and manage significant monthly ad budgets, ensuring efficient spend to hit KPIs like ROAS, CPA, and LTV
Deep-Dive Analysis: Conduct weekly and monthly performance analysis, translating complex data into actionable insights and clear client-facing reports
Testing & Innovation: Lead A/B testing initiatives for landing pages, ad creative, and audience segments to find new growth levers
Collaborate & Elevate: Work closely with the creative and analytics teams to develop high-converting assets and share learnings

Skills & Experience (Not negotiable):
2-4 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns (in-house or agency)
Proven expertise in both Google Ads (Search, Shopping) and Meta Ads Manager
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and Excel/Sheets (pivot tables, vlookups)
A track record of hitting and exceeding performance goals (e.g., lowering CPA, scaling ROAS)
The ability to communicate strategy and results confidently to clients and internal teams
Knowledge of a tool like Google Tag Manager, Supermetrics, or Looker Studio
