Key Responsibilities: Data Management & Reporting Serve as the primary point of contact for ad hoc data, reporting, and information requests across the business. Extract, consolidate, validate, and transform data from multiple internal and external sources. Ensure data is accurate, complete, and delivered in a format that enables effective business decision-making. Translate complex datasets into clear, meaningful insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Develop and maintain reporting processes that improve data transparency and accessibility. Data Quality & Problem Solving Perform detailed validation and quality assurance checks on all data outputs. Investigate data discrepancies, anomalies, and gaps, identifying root causes and implementing practical solutions. Continuously seek opportunities to improve data accuracy, efficiency, and reporting processes. Stakeholder & Vendor Management Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and reporting needs. Manage expectations around delivery timelines and provide regular communication on request status and outcomes. Engage with external data providers and service partners to source required information and coordinate data-related changes and enhancements. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Business Analysis, Operations, Client Services, and other business units to understand commercial requirements and translate them into actionable data solutions. Support initiatives aimed at improving reporting capabilities, operational effectiveness, and business intelligence. Job Experience and skill required 5+ years experience in a similar role Experience with SQL for data extraction and querying, PowerBI, and or Tableau for reporting and visualisation Exposure to data warehousing or BI Environments Interest in leveraging AI Tools and automation to improve productivity, reporting efficiency and data insights Apply now!
