Middelburg Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager   Are you a high-performing, competitive leader with a passion for mentoring sales executives and a proven track record of crushing targets? A well-established, large Multi-Franchise Dealership group is seeking a strategic Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager to lead their dynamic showroom team. Reporting directly to the Dealer Principal, you will take full accountability for the showroom floor's targets, customer satisfaction metrics, and day-to-day sales workflows to maximize profitability and volume growth.   What’s on Offer? Salary: R40,000.00 – R50,000.00 Gross PM (Depending on current salary and experience) + Lucrative Commission Structure Status: Full-Time, Permanent following a successful 3-month probation period Company Perks: Company Vehicle, Fuel Allowance, and a Cellphone Allowance Benefits: 50% Medical Aid contribution (capped at R9,260.50) + Compulsory Gap Cover (R199.00 PM) Retirement & Insurance: 8% Company Pension Fund contribution and Funeral Benefits (applicable post-probation) Leave: 15 days per annum (subject to policy conditions)   Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership: Motivate, mentor, and manage the vehicle sales team to consistently meet and exceed monthly volume and gross profit targets within the Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager environment. Stock & Inventory Management: Oversee vehicle stock levels, aging inventory, model mix, and showroom displays to optimize stock turn. Deal Structuring & Finance: Assist sales executives in structuring deals, working closely with the F&I Manager to optimize conversion rates. Marketing & CSI Excellence: Develop local marketing strategies and promotions while maintaining top-tier Customer Service Index (CSI) scores. Reporting: Compile and present detailed weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to executive management.   Are You the Perfect Fit? Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable): Essential Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of stable experience as a Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive\/Team Lead within a commercial franchise dealership environment. Proven Track Record: Verifiable track record of meeting unit volume and profit targets (averaging at least 30 vehicle sales units per month). Systems Knowledge: Strong proficiency in dealership management software (e.g., Automate, Pinnacle, Seriti, or similar). Licensing: A valid and unendorsed South African driver's license is strictly required. Attributes: Exceptional negotiation, leadership, and closing skills under pressure. Assertive, results-driven, and persuasive.
