Requirements:
- Qualification: Blasting Certificate / Mine Overseer or GCC advantageous
- Experience: 10+ years in opencast mining, 5+ in topsoil/lofts and overburden
- Skills: Mine planning, statutory compliance, team leadership, production reporting
