Mining Equipment Sales Support Experts — Ready to Step Into a Key Coordination Role?

POSITION INFO:
A specialist supplier within the mining equipment sector is looking for a detail-oriented Internal Sales Coordinator to support its technical sales team.
This role plays a central part in ensuring smooth sales operations, accurate quotations, and strong customer support within a fast-paced mining equipment environment.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

Proven experience in internal sales, sales coordination, or technical sales support
Exposure to mining equipment, underground mining, or industrial equipment sales environments
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple orders, quotations, and client requests simultaneously
Proficiency in MS Office

Job Experience & Skills Required

Prepare quotations and support the external sales team with customer requests
Coordinate orders from enquiry through to delivery
Liaise with clients regarding product availability, lead times, and order status
Maintain accurate sales documentation and records
Support tender submissions and technical sales proposals
Ensure high levels of customer service and communication

Experience within underground mining equipment or mining industry sales support will be highly advantageous.
