Mobile Telecoms Network Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Executive Network Officer is responsible for:

•Network Engineering, Planning, Development, Testing, Optimization and level 2 support

•Issuing engineering guide lines for the design, development and implementation of the Radio and Fixed Access, Core Network, IP&Transport, OSS, Mediation and Service Platforms.

•Defining standards, methodologies, tools and applications relevant to Network Design and Planning, monitoring and optimizing network quality KPI so to achieve targets in line with company objectives.

•Ensuring scouting, analysis and testing of new technologies to support the business evolution

You must have a 4 year university degree and at least 15 years working experience.
