🔍 About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic, driven, and regionally experienced Mobility Coordinator to explore, initiate, and grow our Mobility Products in East Africa. You'll drive the development of a complete mobility value chain across Kenya, Ethiopia, and the wider region.
💼 Key Responsibilities

• Explore and launch new mobility products
• Identify and build long-term partnerships with airports, tourism operators, and corporate clients.
• Analyze market gaps and create business development proposals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or Logistics.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales, Business Development, Market Intelligence, Tourism, or Logistics.
• Proven success working with large client groups.
• Mandatory: Work experience in Kenya and Ethiopia.
• Preferred: Experience in a multinational or international consulting firm.
• Fluent in Arabic (required); French is an advantage.

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and strategic thinking.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Business case development and data analysis (Excel, PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus).
• Passion for mobility, tourism, and innovation.
