Multi-disciplinary Estimator

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Multi-disciplinary Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates across multiple disciplines, including civil, mechanical, electrical, and structural projects. This role is critical to supporting tender submissions and ensuring competitive, profitable project bids.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for multi-disciplinary projects
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation
• Conduct quantity take-offs and cost analysis
• Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors to obtain pricing
• Evaluate project risks and opportunities
• Assist with the preparation of tender documentation and submissions
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
• Maintain and update cost databases and estimating tools

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
• 5+ years’ experience in estimating across multiple disciplines
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
