  Essential functions:

  • Conceptualising original ideas that determine the message the design should portray
  • Able to combine art and technology to communicate ideas through images and the layout of websites and printed page
  • Strategic planning and preparing work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials, researching information and materials, illustrating concepts by designing layout of art and copy regarding format, type, size and style.
  • Experience in visual design, from the onset to final stages of project
  • Proven skills in converting a design brief into a creative design application
  • Willingness and availability to work irregular hours and travel (valid driverâ??s license)
  • Digital, social media, strategic, conceptualisation and design skills
  • Meet with clients or the Manager to determine the scope of a project
  • Develop graphics for product illustrations, logos and websites
  • Utilize a variety of design elements to achieve artistic or decorative effects
  • Align corporate visuals with the organisations culture and values.
  • Help build a culture where unique employee experiences can be created, new work experiences can be designed, deep business â??know-howâ? and experiences are openly shared, new ideas are encouraged implemented without fear of reprisal and where employees feel inspired to enable positive futures.

  Skills and Experience:

  Essential Qualifications: 

  • Qualification in Graphic Design (Diploma or Degree)
  • Advanced knowledge of design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Multimedia Design Software (Acrobat), Web Design / Basic HTML and CSS)

  Experience required:
