POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements Minimum 3 years' experience in a freight forwarding or logistics environment. Working knowledge of multimodal transport operations (sea, air, and road freight). Strong A‑to‑Z process understanding. Experience working on CargoWise (essential). Financial understanding on CargoWise (advantageous). Strong administrative and organizational skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage import and export shipments across multiple transport modes. Process and maintain shipment files accurately using CargoWise. Liaise with agents, clients, shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and service providers. Monitor shipment progress and provide timely updates to customers. Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and within deadlines. Assist with resolving operational challenges and customer queries. Maintain compliance with internal procedures and industry requirements.
