Job Description

Coordinate full-cycle recruitment: job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer letters
Facilitate new-hire onboarding and orientation programs
Administer performance review process, track objectives, and support corrective action plans
Manage employee records, leave administration, and HRIS data integrity
Provide guidance on labour legislation (BCEA, LRA, EEA, OHSA, NMW, UIFA) and ensure compliance
Handle employee relations cases: conflict resolution, grievances, and exit interviews
Draft and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and communication templates
Coordinate training needs analysis, schedule sessions, and evaluate effectiveness
Prepare statutory returns, EE reports, and support internal/external audits
Generate HR metrics, dashboards, and ad hoc reports to inform decision-making
Sage payroll proficient

Qualifications

HR Diploma or Degree

Skills

SAGE Payroll
3-5 years experience
Strong verbal and written communication
Critical thinking and problem solving
Dispute resolution and employee engagement
Document control and template development
Facilitation, presentation, and training coordination
Planning, organisation, and time management
Teamwork and stakeholder collaboration
Professional and Ethical
