NATIONAL FINANCIAL MANAGER - REAL ESTATE (STELLENBOSCH)

SUMMARY:
An opportunity is available for a National Financial Manager to provide strategic financial leadership across a multi-regional property portfolio. The role focuses on financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, portfolio performance analysis, asset management, capital expenditure planning, feasibility studies, executive reporting, and supporting strategic business decisions.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Property Studies, or a related field CA(SA), CIMA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification advantageous 8-10 years' experience in property finance, commercial finance, asset management, or investment analysis Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior financial management role Experience managing multi-regional property portfolios Advanced financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and feasibility analysis skills Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with strong analytical and commercial acumen Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, reporting, and presentation skills By submitting any Personal Information to MPRTC in any form you acknowledge that such conduct constitutes a reasonable unconditional, specific and voluntary consent to the (processing and storing of such Personal Information by MPRTC and\/or MPRTC's clients and\/or verification information suppliers.
