POSITION INFO:
Are you a commercially driven marketer who knows how to turn a great brand into leads, members and measurable growth? An exciting opportunity is available for an entrepreneurial, energetic and results-driven Marketing Manager \/ Director to take ownership of the marketing strategy and help grow a powerful national community focused on wealth creation, property investment and business growth . Reporting to the Managing Director \/ CEO, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness, lead generation, membership growth, event attendance and franchise enquiries . KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead, mentor and manage the marketing team , driving performance and ensuring effective execution of marketing initiatives Develop and execute the overall marketing and brand strategy . Drive national brand awareness and market positioning. Generate qualified leads through Meta, Google, LinkedIn, email and WhatsApp campaigns . Manage social media, content strategy and online community growth. Create engaging content including property and wealth education, success stories, testimonials and short-form video. Develop and optimise landing pages, marketing funnels and conversion campaigns . Drive marketing for investor events, networking lunches, workshops, webinars, property tours and conferences. Develop strategic partnerships with accounting firms, estate agencies, property professionals and financial service providers . Support the national marketing and growth of franchise opportunities . Manage CRM databases, audience segmentation and targeted campaigns. Track and report on leads, conversions, membership growth, event attendance, engagement and marketing ROI . Requirements: Diploma\/Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, PR or related field. Minimum 3-5 years'' marketing experience , with a strong digital and lead-generation focus. Fluent in Afrikaans. Proven experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, CRM systems, email marketing and marketing funnels . Strong copywriting, social media and content marketing skills. Good understanding of analytics, SEO and campaign performance. Experience in the financial services or investments industry. (Experience in property investment industry 1 st prize).
