SUMMARY:
A career opportunity is available within the FMCG sector for an NPD Food Technologist based in the Western Cape.

POSITION INFO:
In this role, you will manage new product development from concept to launch by developing formulations, running trials and supporting product scale-up. You will also be responsible for creating commercially viable products that meet quality and food safety standards. Experience with formulation, factory trials, HACCP and FSSC 22000 will be essential to your success. To be considered, candidates should hold a Diploma or Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Consumer Science or a related field, with 5-7 years' food manufacturing and product development experience.
