A Freight Forwarding Company is seeking a National Airfreight Manager to join their team: This candidate is responsible for the overall air operations including the management of the country operation team and the optimization of all the airfreight processes and systems

POSITION INFO:

Implement regional strategies

Leverage global shared service opportunities

Alignment and overall governance of country Air Operations, standards and associated global KPIs

Drive adherence to Operational SOPs, KPIs and regulatory compliance

Drive productivity and performance improvement programs

Drive implementation of digitalization and workflow tools

Manage cluster/country operations teams

Manage operations resources as per productivity and forecast targets

Provide cost analysis, budget or any other analyses requested by management
