SUMMARY:
Our client, a leading branded marketing, promotional merchandise, event logistics, warehousing and distribution specialist, seeks to employ a National Customer Service Coordinator to join this progressive and expanding professional team.

POSITION INFO:
KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION: You will have completed Matric, coupled with 3-5 years' experience in customer service, client coordination or account administration within a warehousing, fulfilment, logistics or promotional marketing environment. Proven experience managing a strategic national customer account, ensuring exceptional service delivery across multiple regions and acting as the primary point of contact for all customer enquiries and fulfilment requirements. You will have strong customer relationship management, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively between clients, warehouse operations, production, transport and internal support teams. A focus on service excellence, order accuracy, KPI achievement and ensuring the timely fulfilment and distribution of branded merchandise, promotional materials, marketing collateral and event-related stock will be required. Experience coordinating national orders, managing service requests, monitoring customer performance metrics, resolving queries and supporting continuous improvement initiatives will be highly advantageous. Experience in advanced Excel essential with Mageto software highly advantageous You must have a valid driver's licence, own car and a clear criminal and credit record.
