JOB SUMMARY:
An exciting opportunity for a National Finance Manager (CA) has become available in the fitness sector. You will be required to have completed your SAIPA/ SAICA Articles along with your CIMA qualification and have Strong hands-on experience with MS Business Central.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This role will assist with leading a large finance team and report into the Head of Finance, while offering high level exposure across all divisions in the business. The incumbent needs to be able to manage and build a team of finance professionals in order to optimize the internal finance processes to enable operational efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities

Preparing the monthly profit and loss, and balance sheet reports.
Collecting and analysing data, which is then used in the preparation of weekly and monthly estimates.
Creating KPI reports.
Preparing weekly cash flow statements, and controlling expenditure and cash flow.
Assisting with the preparation of year-end accounts and statutory accounts.
Responding to financial inquiries by gathering and interpreting data.
Examining financial records to check for accuracy.
Control of the operational accounting functions.
Cash management includes debtors and creditors processes.
Regulatory compliance oversight and management.
Great interpersonal skills.

Requirements

Qualified CA with 2 years post qualification experience.
BCom Accounting Degree or similar.
SAIPA or SAICA articles.
Completed CIMA qualification preferred.
6 years plus experience.
Strong hands-on management/operational experience.
Project-based environment exposure.
Experience working on Microsoft Business Central.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Office.
