JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is looking for an experienced and qualified National HR Manager to join their team. Responsibilities would include overseeing the full HR aspect for 27 branches situated nationally.

A minimum of 8 years generalist HR skills would be essential. Incumbent would need to have a Degree or Higher Diploma in HR Management and have excellent training / presentation skills, advanced MS Office knowledge and excellent verbal and written skills. This role entails overseeing two HR Managers and being responsible for staff performance, training, HR management for a diverse workforce.
