Company based in Roodepoort - Gauteng, specialising in cleaning and hygiene solutions, dedicated to delivering exceptional services and quality products to our clients.

Job Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced a National Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be assigned to lead, manage and optimize national operation delivery across all cleaning and hygiene contracts. Ensure consistent service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction while driving strategic growth and compliance.

Qualifications, Key Skills and Competencies:
7-9 years’ experience in senior operations management in cleaning/facilities management
Degree in Business Management, Facilities Management or related.
Extensive experience managing multi-sites and national contracts (non-negotiable)
Proficiency in Microsoft office
Risk Assessment certificate (optional but preferred)
Health and Safety certificate (optional but preferred)
Attention to detail and excellent with numbers
Good understanding of SLA’s and Contract Management
