JOB SUMMARY:
FMCG National Distribution company focusing on cold storage and ambient FMCG goods, seeks a National Operations Manager with similar industry experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties include:

Management of 7 DCs
Well versed in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
Cold Chain knowledge
Full knowledge of pick and check processes
Well versed in Despatch
Stock control knowledge
Well versed in Routing
Fleet Management knowledge
Control Tower and Tracking knowledge
Understanding of labour and labour law
Good management skills
Budgets and Financial Reporting

Requirement:

Degree in Supply Chain or Logistics or Management
At least 5-7 years Senior Managerial experience, running more than 4 DCs
Productivity improvement experience, reaching and exceeding targets
Budget management experience (building; and managing)
FMCG delivery experience
