Our client in the Refrigeration Industry based in JHB is looking to employ an Operations Manager to join their team.

Requirements:

5 years of experience in operations management
Matric/ Grade 12
Refrigeration and air conditioning product knowledge.
SAP knowledge and skills
Computer literacy.
Candidates with retail/wholesale experience in operational management will be given preference.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for all branches.
Ensure all operations are run effectively and efficiently.
Source products and stock effectively and efficiently.
Oversee the engineering department.
Product management with the General Manager and Branch Operations management.
Oversee engineering.
Special projects with the Cool General Manager.
Supervise the operating procedure.
Implement and manage SOP’s.
Plan and implement branch improvements.
Source and oversee products.
