National Reefer & Regional Sales Manager (POS26152)

Lead regional sales and drive growth in the reefer/cold chain vertical nationally, while managing dry, OOG, and IMDG cargo regionally. Focus on revenue, market share expansion, and value-added logistics solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with national goals.
- Lead reefer/cold chain business development and intermodal solutions.
- Drive uptake of value-added services and new market opportunities.
- Build and maintain senior-level customer relationships.
- Coach and lead the regional sales team, setting clear KPIs.
- Monitor performance, pricing, and compliance to meet growth targets.
Requirements:
- Senior commercial and sales leadership experience within shipping, logistics, intermodal or cold-chain environments.
- Strong understanding of the Western Cape export and reefer market, including perishables and cold-chain dynamics.
- Proven ability to drive market development, new business growth and sales intensity at a regional level.
- Demonstrated people leadership capability within matrix-managed organisations.
- Strong commercial judgement, negotiation capability and execution focus.
