National Retail Project Manager (EE)

POSITION INFO:

Our Port Elizabeth based client, a market leader, is currently looking to employ a experienced National Retail Project Manager to their dynamic team; viz. new retail store openings and refurbishment of existing retails stores.

Responsibilities:

• Refurbishment projects of existing retail stores
• Project management of new retail stores to be opened
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management
• Effectively communicate project expectations
• Liaise with project stakeholders; including shofitters
• Set and continuously manage project expectations
• Plan and schedule project timelines
• Management of project timelines and milestones
• Define project success criteria and disseminate to all involved parties
• Estimate resources needed
• Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes
• Develop all scale project plans
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, presentations

Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualification
• Minimum 5 years experience within a retail project management capacity
• Retail shopfitting experience advantageousÂ
• Competent with various software programs
• Reacts to project adjustments promptly and efficiently
• Works with all levels of management
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Adept at conducting research into project related issues and projects
• Time management experience crucialÂ
