POSITION INFO:

My client is seeking a bold, strategic National Sales Manager to oversee 19 sales professionals across the country. This role is primarily focused on high-level sales strategy, team leadership, and market expansion, while still maintaining a hands-on approach with key client engagements. You’ll partner with executive leadership to deliver revenue growth, strengthen market presence, and foster a culture of excellence.

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5–8+ years’ proven leadership experience in senior sales roles (national or regional level preferred)
Strong ability to develop and execute sales strategies
Exceptional leadership and team development skills
High emotional intelligence and excellent communication abilities
Strong business acumen with data-driven decision-making skills
Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office
Resilient, energetic, and thrives under pressure

Qualification:
Tertiary qualification in Business, Sales, Marketing, or Management (advantageous)
Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel nationally
