SUMMARY:
A vacancy is available within the agriculture sector for a National Sales Manager based in the Free State.
POSITION INFO:
In this role, you will drive national sales performance across the agricultural equipment portfolio by growing market share, leading sales teams, and strengthening customer and supplier relationships. You will also be responsible for sales forecasting and developing high-performing teams across multiple regions. Experience with tractors, combines, planters, etcetera, as well as inventory management will be essential to your success. To be considered, candidates should hold a Matric certificate and valid driver's licence. A relevant tertiary qualification in Agriculture, Business Management, Sales, or similar is advantageous. This role also requires 8+ years' experience in agricultural mechanisation sales, including 5 years leading regional or national sales teams. Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to travel across regions will be advantageous.
