National Sales Sector Lead

POSITION INFO:

If you have strong Sales Management experience with top drawer leadership skills, then this exciting position might just be for you. As the industry Go-to-Market Sales and Sector Lead, you must complement the existing sales and sector teams to drive the positioning and solution strategy for various industry sectors. Drive the solution strategy for the Financial Services Sector.

This role will require an individual who has a strong oint of view and strategy for the Financial industry sector, understands industry marketing, gets the importance of messaging, how to take products to market and how to support sales via innovative enablement methods and direct deal support. This role will develop new approaches on utilizing the latest solutions and technology to help companies deliver next generation services.

The position is a mix of thought leadership, strategy, GTM execution, account planning and partner engagement. As part of the Sales and Sector team you will work collaboratively with the companies national sales business to develop and drive the strategy enabling growth within industry segments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor''s degree or equivalent
  • Industry Experience: At least 5+ years of working in and selling to Financial Services
  • Strong Sales Management experience
  • Brilliant command of the English language both written and verbal with the ability to work across business lines
  • Proven track record in performaing well in a fast-paced environment
  • Be an exceptional team player with the ability to lead through influence
  • Ability to travel
Duties:
  • Drive the development of the GTM business plans including target accounts, marketing strategy and programs to achieve target revenue growth
  • Lead the development of messaging and positioning for customers, including industry positioning and solutions for existing as well as future industry-specific products/solutions
  • Take personal responsibility for supporting the growth and conversion of sales pipelines and revenue via key accounts and operational scale and execution of industry messaging
  • Successfully lead a virtual cross functional team including Marketing, Sales, Sales Enablement to develop and execute the strategic marketing/sales plans for industry segments
  • Lead overall messaging, positioning and presence at strategic marketing events
  • Be an effetive presenter to large customer audiences as well as command the attention of C level executives and earn their trust through experitse and relevance
  • Establish executive relationships within key accounts within the Industry segment
