National Sales Sector Lead - Retail

POSITION INFO:

As the Go-to-Market Sales and Sector Lead you must complement the existing sales and sector teams to drive our positioning and solution strategy for various industry sectors, this role is to drive the solution strategy for the Retail Sector.

This role will require an individual who has a strong point of view and strategy for the Retail industry sector, understands industry marketing, gets the importance of messaging, how to take products to market and how to support sales via innovative enablement methods and direct deal support. This position will develop new approaches on utilizing the latest solutions and technology to help companies deliver next generation services.

This role is a mix of thought leadership, strategy, GTM execution, account planning and partner engagement. As part of the Sales and Sector team you will work collaboratively with the national sales business to develop and drive the strategy enabling growth within industry segments.

Qualification:   

• Bachelor''s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years industry experience
• Must have Sales Management experience
• Strong communication and writing skills and ability to work across business lines
• Proven track record in performing well in a fast paced environment
• Exceptional team player with proven ability to lead through influence
• Ability to travel

Duties in short:

• Drive the development of the GTM business plans including target accounts, marketing strategy and programs to achieve target revenue growth
• Take responsibility for suporting the growth and converserion of sales pipelines and revenue via key accounts and operational scale and execution of industry messaging
• Lead a virtual cross functional team including Marketing, Sales, Sales Enablement to develop and execute the strategic marketing and sales plans for industry segments
• Be an effective presenter to large customer audiences as well as command to attention of C level executives and earn their trust through expertise and relevance
• Establish executive relationships within key accoutns within the Industry segment.
