POSITION INFO:

National Service Manager, East Rand. Earth moving and mining industry. Must have a technical qualification and management degree.

Engages with customers with regards to technical, service, application, product and accounts-related queries

- Liaises with Technical, Warranty, Used Equipment, Parts, Logistics, Sales and Central Administration departments to ensure technical knowledge is supplied, concerns are noted, queries are sorted out and customer requirements are met

Responsibilities Include: - Technical educational background will be an added advantage

Characteristic: Remuneration: - Oversee, allocate duties and monitor Field Service and Workshop activities through the appropriate line managers - Meets regularly with servicemen and foreman nationally in order to sort out technical matters, queries or concerns - Manages departmental budgets, assets, expenses and purchases - Assists manufacturing factories with product improvement and development - Ensures quality control and compliance with Liebherr maintenance standards during inspections, services and repairs - Ensures that factory-required modifications and campaigns are implemented timeously - Liaises with HR with regards to recruitment, termination, training and disciplinary matters - Must be fully computer literate - Reliable vehicle - Self-motivated - Excellent health Email CV ASAP
