POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement complex Natural Adabas applications.
• Analyze system requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient solutions.
• Optimize existing systems for performance, reliability, and maintainability.

• 3–7 years of experience in Natural Adabas development.
• Expertise in mainframe environments and Adabas database management.
• Advanced knowledge of Natural programming and Adabas utilities.
• Proven experience leading development projects and mentoring teams.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Outstanding communication and leadership abilities.

• Experience with Predict or similar dictionary tools.
• Knowledge of modern integration techniques and tools.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and migration strategies.
