SUMMARY:
Netsuite Developer / MS Dynamics

POSITION INFO:

This is a great opportunity for a NetSuite CRM/ERP Developer to work within a NetSuite development team supporting new and innovative processes for internal systems. You will have the chance to develop your skills by playing a key role in supporting a large user base enabling our users to perform their jobs to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Support our users in their everyday tasks ensuring the system is enabling Client employees to perform to their best.
Actively participating in scrums, contributing to conversations and decision-making processes
Development, customization and configuration of NetSuite (and related technologies) as appropriate in accordance with decisions during the sprint planning meetings
Fixing issues / bugs or building enhancements to existing code as determined during sprint planning meetings
Resolving support cases escalated by the internal NetSuite support team

Essential Skills and Experience:

Within this corporate IT environment you will be required to have:

Essential

At least 2 years’ experience in NetSuite is required.
Deep understanding of NetSuite logical architecture and customizations options
Demonstrable ability in building Suitelets, RESTlets, User Events, Scheduled scripts and API''s to respond to technical and non-technical user needs
Familiar with Agile methodology and related meetings / processes
Comfortable working with existing code to troubleshoot issues, and find solutions / improvements
Experience in working as part of a team to drive towards a solution
Detailed and focused, whilst remaining calm under pressure

Desirable

Familiar with Forrester Customer Experience model
NetSuite certified developer
Experience in using NetSuite CRM, ERP and support desk modules
Experience in the SaaS or subscription revenue industry

Professional IT Qualification

Personal Characteristics:

Excellent problem solving skills / adept at providing a workaround
Experience of supporting customers remotely
Able to work collaboratively within a team environment
Adaptable and flexible
Neat and presentable
