A well-established Internet Provider is hiring a Tier 3 Network & Operations Centre Engineer to support and optimise critical network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor Field Team groups for escalations and assist alongside Tier 4 engineers when deeper troubleshooting is required.
Support APEX by handling tickets and NOCârelated customer issues, escalating to Tier 4 when needed.
Alert on node capacity issues, troubleshoot using PRTG, track problematic connections, and collaborate with network engineers to optimise performance.
Execute all operational instructions and directives from the NOC Manager as required

Job Experience and Skills Required:

2 years experience in a NOC role
Exposure to Mikrotik, Ubiquity and Cambium networks
