POSITION INFO:
WE ARE HIRING: Network Infrastructure Technician Location: Bloemfontein | Salary: Market Related We are seeking a technically skilled and reliable Network Infrastructure Technician to join our team, supporting IT hardware, network infrastructure, CCTV and fibre installations in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Install, terminate and test CAT6 fibre cabling Mount and connect devices such as cameras, Wi-Fi access points, switches and network cabinets Diagnose and repair faults in cabling, devices or system configurations Pull, route, label and secure cables according to standards and site requirements Terminate cables in patch panels, cabinets and equipment rooms Maintain and record equipment and stock levels Requirements: National Senior Certificate or equivalent to NQF 4 3 years'' experience in an IT environment Minimum 2 years'' exposure in IT hardware, network infrastructure, CCTV and fibre installation LAN\/WAN infrastructure installation and troubleshooting skills Proficient in handling power tools and operating splicing equipment High technical aptitude and proficiency in hardware installation Comfortable working at height Good computer skills Medically fit to work in a manufacturing environment Additional Information: This role operates in a 24\/7 onsite service environment, and after-hours work is applicable.
