SUMMARY:
A leading franchised dealership in Nelspruit is seeking a Selling Sales Manager to lead the sales team while actively selling new and used vehicles, driving revenue and profitability across the dealership.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Actively sell new and used vehicles while meeting personal and team sales targets
• Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve dealership objectives
• Oversee stock management, trade-ins, pricing, and recon of vehicles
• Structure deals, manage finance submissions, and ensure departmental profitability
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotions
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and showroom standards
• Track sales performance, monitor KPIs, and report to management

• Proven experience in vehicle sales with team management exposure
• Strong negotiation, closing, and leadership skills
• Target-driven with excellent customer relationship management
• Knowledge of vehicle pricing, finance, and dealership operations
• Valid driver’s license and professional presentation
