SUMMARY:

Our client is looking for a driven New Business Executive to join their Johannesburg team. This role is ideal for a sales professional with experience in business finance, commercial lending, and client acquisition, who thrives in a target-driven environment.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Generate and convert new business opportunities. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Structure and close lending deals within credit and risk guidelines. Identify new business channels and grow client relationships. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure. Work closely with credit, operations, and finance teams to ensure successful deal execution. Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting. Requirements 5+ years' experience in business development or new business sales. Strong understanding of commercial lending, secured finance, or working capital solutions. Experience analysing financial statements and assessing funding requirements. Knowledge of credit processes and risk frameworks. Proven success in cold calling, networking, and client acquisition. Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
