New Business Developer & Relationship Manager

We are looking for an experienced New Business Development Broker Consultant to onboard, support and grow the Independent Financial Advisor Base of a FSP network based in Pretoria. 

The company offers unmatched value added services with numerous free services to enable Financial Advisors to act independently yet covered, protected and supported by their national footprint, contracts with all major insurers, program subscriptions and a secure FSP framework. 

You will have to have experience in the Insurance industry and a natural talent for building and maintaining relationships as the main purpose of this role is to source sufficient lead generating opportunities and onboard Independent Financial Advisors. Excellent communication skills will assist you in building trust, managing conflict, negotiating and gaining commitment, which are all part of the day to day functions in this position. In addition to onboarding Financial Advisors, you will also fulfill a supporting function in terms of motivation and driving their sales volumes.

Qualifications and Experience needed:

• FAIS Regulatory Examination
• Valid Drivers License and reliable own vehicle
• 3-4 years experience in the Insurance Industry as a Broker or Financial Advisor
